Predictions for lord Vishnu’s Kalki Avatar

According to mythological stories, Kalki Avtar is going to be born at the end of Kali Yuga. He will be riding the horse and holding a sword in his hand. He will reduce the burden on earth and show the path of human welfare.

The Puranas state that Vishnu tells the sage that whenever negative energy tries to rule the earth, he will destroy them. He also says that he will take his next Avtar at the end of Kali Yuga. The Puranas state that when the injustice of evil forces becomes unbearable, lord Vishnu will come to earth.

Many other religious texts also predict the birth of Kalki. It is also said that Kalki will come to the small village of Shambhala. He is going to protect honest and good people. Prediction also says that Kalki might be born on the 12th day after the full moon of the month Baisakh.

The legend Kalki

According to mythology, sage Bhrigu cursed lord Vishnu. The story says that when demons suffering from gods come the ashram of sage Bhrigu takes shelter. When the gods know about this, they try to destroy demons in the ashram, but Bhrigu’s wife saves demons using her spiritual powers. Later, the gods went to lord Vishnu for help. On this, lord Vishnu immediately kills Bhrigu’s wife. When sage Bhrigu knows about it, he cursed lord Vishnu to be born on earth. Because of this curse, lord Vishnu had to take birth on earth. In this situation, to relieve the burden of the earth and establish religion, whenever negative powers started increasing on earth, he took Avtar and destroyed them. In this sequence, Kalki avatar is going to be the last Avtar of lord Vishnu who will re-build Satya yuga on earth.
